From inquiry to drop-off on a chartered booking, what guests see is the vehicle arriving and leaving; what they do not see are the actions at six checkpoints in between. A solid process is what makes the experience reliable. Junaiyue Chauffeur Service writes what each checkpoint requires into the process, and here we lay them out in order.
The more complete the information guests provide at the inquiry stage, the more accurate the plan. Give all five items - dates, passenger count, luggage, pickup and drop-off points, and the approximate route - and Junaiyue produces a plan and price within half a working day. With incomplete information we first give a price range and list what is missing, finalizing only after it is supplied. We do not mind guests who ask a lot; the more detailed the questions, the closer the plan fits, and Junaiyue welcomes guests to raise all their concerns at once. The booking review follows the plan, running through itinerary, luggage and road conditions. Whether the hotel entrance allows parking and whether Mount Lao has traffic restrictions that day are all checked at this step.
Once the plan is agreed, a confirmation is issued listing vehicle type, seats, driver name and phone number, meeting time and place, and what the fee covers, item by item, and the guest signs or replies to confirm. When checking the confirmation, guests should look at three places above all: meeting time, vehicle type and seats, and the inclusions. Once those three line up, the rest is detail. If the itinerary changes after the confirmation is issued, Junaiyue sends a new version, so do not mix up the old and new. The standard at dispatch is buffer time: forty minutes ahead within the city, sixty for the near suburbs and ninety for intercity trips, while airport pickups track flight status and position the driver by actual landing time. After arriving, the Junaiyue driver first sends the license plate number and parking spot so guests can match it at a glance when they come down, and if it does not match they can refuse the vehicle. The meeting place on the confirmation is specific down to the street number and entrance, never a vague place name, and where a hotel has several doors the driver scouts ahead and stands at the right one.
The itinerary is on paper; the road is on the road. When there is traffic, a road closure or a guest who wants to change a stop on the spot, the driver adjusts according to the contingency plan and explains it in the vehicle. Every Junaiyue vehicle carries alternative routes, so dropping or swapping stops is settled on the spot. Anything needing dispatch support is reported to dispatch, and guests do not have to wrestle with the navigation themselves. The driver notes every change a guest requests on the booking sheet, because guests will want to reconcile the account afterward - clear records make for a clear reckoning. Adjustments within the same day route are free, while cross-area changes or clearly added mileage involve a fee, with the price stated before the change. Along the way the driver reports position in the group chat at intervals, dispatch watches the vehicle move, and someone is tracking where you are stuck and when you will arrive.
Airport and station drop-offs are counted back from Departure Time, and the night before the driver rechecks the flight or train number and meeting time. When unloading, the driver goes through the cabin to prevent items being left behind; the booking is complete only once guests enter the terminal. Guests catching a train no longer need to collect tickets, so the ID card and phone battery are the real hurdles - the driver asks about battery level too, so nobody is caught short at the gate. Junaiyue follows up after the job, records any feedback on the spot, and fixes what can be fixed next time.
| Checkpoint | What the guest does | What Junaiyue does |
|---|---|---|
| Inquiry | Provide dates, headcount, luggage and route | Produce the plan and quote within half a working day |
| Booking review | Add any special requests | Review itinerary, luggage and road conditions |
| Confirmation | Check the confirmation details | Issue the confirmation and lock the vehicle and driver |
| Dispatch | Meet at the agreed time | Arrive ahead and send the plate and parking spot |
| On the road | Raise any change request at any time | Alternative routes, with adjustments discussed on board |
| Drop-off | Take all personal belongings | Count back from departure time and check the cabin for anything left behind |
Every step in the table is simple on its own, but strung together they become the reliability guests feel. Junaiyue has run this process for years, and every revision came from a step where we learned the hard way.
The process is the skeleton; the unexpected is the flesh. A flight cancelled at the last minute, a guest who realizes after landing that documents are missing, a vehicle breakdown halfway - none of these fit the six checkpoints, yet every dispatcher has met them. The Junaiyue answer is spare vehicles plus alternative routes. In the shoulder season twenty percent of the fleet is held in reserve and sixty percent in peak season, so a breakdown means a replacement within half an hour and the guest itinerary never breaks. An alternative route is not one road but a set of plans: if the main road is blocked take the side road, and if the side road is blocked turn around and change stops. While guests sit in the vehicle, the plan has already changed twice.
On one airport run the expressway was closed. The driver got word forty minutes ahead, switched to the Binhai Avenue side road and reached the airport only ten minutes later than planned. Information travels faster than wheels thanks to the group chat between dispatch and drivers, where a change in road conditions reaches the whole line at once. This layer of response cannot be written into a process sheet, yet it is what makes the process work.
Guests adding people at the last minute is common too - a 7-seat becoming a 9-seat. Within the city dispatch can bring a vehicle in half an hour, but intercity is harder. The Junaiyue approach is to ask in advance and leave spare room: the headcount is written clearly on the confirmation, and adding people should be mentioned a day ahead. Mentioning it on the spot depends on luck, and saying so plainly up front is something guests understand. The confidence to cover gaps comes from owning the vehicles. All Junaiyue vehicles are Registered to the company, so we can move vehicles and control their condition; a fleet strung together from rented cars cannot be moved when something goes wrong.
One is the pricing standard. A Junaiyue quote covers the vehicle, Driver, fuel, tolls and bridge fees, parking and the driver meal allowance. Tickets and meals are at the guest own expense. Only what is written into the confirmation is a commitment - verbal statements do not count, which is fair to both sides. Peak-season surcharges are Told in advance: prices rise twenty to thirty percent in July, August and the National Day holiday, and once a booking is locked the locked price applies.
The other is the change standard. After the itinerary is detailed, one free adjustment is allowed within 48 hours; after that, changes involving the vehicle type are charged at the price difference, while pure time changes are free. Guests can also drop a day at the last minute by giving 24 hours notice, with costs already incurred deducted and the rest refunded. The Junaiyue change rules are not complicated, and guests who understand them will not spend the trip worrying.
